This film is a documentary about the process to make a arbalest, test the arbalest and finally destroy it. Another part is around social movement in that period. 

All the scenes of ineffable memories reveal the close snatches of life that come from a micro-world belong to us，composing an elegy called “Youth”. We are proletarians after the preceding generation bourgeoisie. The arrival of revolution is to make me feel ashamed.
